1 small or 1/2 large head of cabbage, cut up
1 bunch of celery, chopped
3 or 4 large cooking onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 or 3 carrots, cubed
2 or 3 14-1/2 oz. cans tomatoes
2 or 3 cubes beef bouillon (or equivalent granules)
Season to taste with garlic powder, herbs, etc.
Directions:
Cook on top of the stove in a large stewing pot until vegetables are tender.
